I've have been wearing this bra non-stop since it arrived. The back has some serious engineering that disperses the weight of your girls evenly across your shoulders and upper back rather than having bra straps cutting into your collarbone. If you jump up and down, your chest will move along with the motion, but no after-jiggle, and no pain!
