I'm a 36 DD. I like to stay active, but hate bounce.
This bra is perfectly adequate for low impact activities (yoga, weight lifting), but any activity that requires more movement (such as speed walking, basketball, running, off road biking) it fails miserably. If you jump up and down in this, its downright painful how much your breasts move up and down.
Furthermore, I found the bra unattractive under a t shirt. I've had the same experience with many other Shock Absorber bras.
I mainly use this bra with another low support bra to give adequate support. However, for this price, you are better off buying a couple of cheaper bras and using two at the same time. If you want a bra that you don't need to layer and that will eliminate bounce, keep looking. This is not the bra for you.Get more detail about Shock Absorber Women's Extreme Support Classic Sports Bra #109.

This bra is SO comfortable. I have never had a supportive sports bra that was comfortable before. I picked it up at a local store, and the ladies there were very helpful helping me find the right size. I wear these every day when working out, and they are absolutely wonderful. I have finally found the perfect 'hanging around the house' sports bra. I LOVE the zipper!!! So easy to put on. I have had zipper kind of sports bras before but they all were terrible ~ not supportive. This bra has 'structure' to it for support but is like wearing nothing at all. It is also sort of cute. It makes me feel like I look good even in my lounge clothes! LOL I also use this for exercise and again the support is outstanding. This sports bra is so comfortable and supportive that I have even considered wearing it as a "regular" bra. I am a 38DD regular but I ordered the 40DD CW-X bra and it fits like a glove. I bought my Powerback at the same time as I got the Powersleeks. The Powersleek is definitely superior for bounce control. Because I run sometimes (in addition to cardio kickboxing and other bouncy stuff), that's my top concern with a sports bra--it HAS to control bounce! And at 36C, I can't afford to let the girls loose once in a while.

Pros: It's OK for low- to mid-impact stuff, like regular step aerobics, elliptical, walking, or yoga. And it gives you enough separation that you look like a woman, not someone in an Elizabethan costume.

Cons: Just not enough support for the price. And the biggest PITA of all? Putting it on over my head! What good are back hooks if you have to hook them before you put the bra on? I never fail to catch the underwire somewhere on my head or neck and end up getting myself all tangled up in the stupid thing. If you have someone around to help you put your bra on before every workout, might not be an issue. For me, though, the Powerback is basically a bench warmer because it's such a PITA just to get it on. And it's even harder to take back OFF again if it's all sweaty and damp--you need the jaws of life to get you out of this thing.

Summary: If it's loose enough to get over your head, it's probably not tight enough to give adequate support for running. Well, that's *my* experience, anyway. Pass on this one, and get a bra you can hook normally. Get more detail about Champion Women's Powerback Underwire Sports Bra #1694.

I usually use the really cute looking Nike sports bras that come in all different colors but I'm on a deployment and I didn't want to bring those with me. I ordered these because they looked basic and they weren't too expensive and they had good reviews. I LOVE THEM! I'm a runner and I wear a C/D cup and these bras are awesome. They give you so much support without smashing your boobs to your chest or creating the "uni-boob" that you get from most sports bras. I ran a few miles to test it out and had pretty much no bounce, the bra did exactly what you want a sports bra to do. I highly recommend these!Get more detail about Champion Jogbra Action-Shape Sports Bra Womens.

I workout a lot and I had yet to find a good fitting sports bra that really worked for me, till I found this one and I've never been happier. This is really a bra I could use, and I have used. I run and do a lot of aerobic style things, but in every situation it held up to it's standards. I recommend this to everyone who wants to keep `em in when they workout.Get more detail about Under Armour Heat Gear Endure D Zip Front Sports Bra Womens.

This is a great bra but I should have bought a larger size. If you want no bounce and total, total control this is it. Just make sure you measure yourself before buying. I love mine I just wish I would have gotten it in one size larger.Get more detail about Moving Comfort Women's Athena Bra.

It gives pretty good support, but the zipper has opened byitself on several occasions. At least I had a shirt on covering it or it could have been embarrassing. Get more detail about Moving Comfort Women's Grace Bra.

This bra stood up to 6 hours a week of being tossed around a judo mat, and repeated washer and dryer cycles. The only mild discomfort from this bra was from the hook and eye closure and bra rings and buckles in back: they can poke if you land hard on them, but they've never come undone no matter how badly I was losing at judo. As with all clothing, size is critical, and this product scales up to large sizes without sacrificing performance. If you're big and don't want to be bouncy, this is the bra for you.Get more detail about Shock Absorber Women's Extreme Support Sports Bra Top #4490.

This is a solid sports bra, one of the better I have found for my full busted figure. I have worn it to high impact aerobics, on the elliptical machine, and strength training. It did very well on all of those

*CONS*
- It does not keep them stationary during jump squats and a couple of other moves that required jumping. While it was not uncomfortable jiggle, it was there. As such, I am not sure how this will hold up for runners.

*PROS*
- It does what it says it does. It is a solid sports bra that holds you comfortably while you work out.
- It does not create a uni-boob. This is a plus if you have nice work out clothes or if you would need to, say, wear it to the grocery store after working out.

Only other thing to note is if you wear a heart rate monitor, make sure you purchase one with enough room on the band to slip it under. There is a very small amount of "give' on these, and my monitor could only read my heart rate after I slid it under the fabric of the bra.Get more detail about Moving Comfort Maia Bra.

Just wore this sports bra for the first time and I have to say that it is the best I've found so far. Adjustable straps and back are very nice. Holds everything in like it should. I can jog in comfort now. Hallelujah!Get more detail about Moving Comfort Womens Fiona Bra.

I just confirmed the date and yes, it's been exactly one week since I wrote a glowing review of the Enell bra, and last night taking it off the hooks came out. It will be going back today. Very very disappointing especially since the original is still wonderful after 5 years! It won't let me change the original 5 star rating I gave it before, ladies, it's not worth even 1 star. Going back today.Get more detail about Enell Enell lite sports bra.

I have very large breasts, a 38G, and this is the only sports bra I will ever wear.

PROS

fits great

Minimzes bounce- almost NONE!

flattens boobs out, also seperates- sounds like a strange pro, but it comes in handy when lifting weights in positions you typically couldn't because your boobs stick out too much

front closure- so great to not have to pull a sweaty gross bra over your head!

Keeps them high up! - other sports bras make big boobs sag, this one keeps them up for the whole workout

CONS

Pricey- worth it, but people may think $60 is too much for a bra
